So happy we found this place. Great vegan food! Had the vegetarian lunch set, just mention you want it vegan with no dairy, and they'll leave out the yogurt. They don't cook with ghee / butter because it's Nepalese. Also great price for the lunch set 1350 yen. The best Nepalese food I've had in Japan!

My first visit here. Very courteous and warm service. Great food! Edit: during my stay in Tokyo, I came here a few more times, and every time, the experience was very good. I have also tried the biryani, chow mein (the Nepalese version of chao mian), and the spicy curry soup. The chefs are informal and friendly. They have kindly explained to me how some of the dishes work, and what goes best with what. Highly recommended.

A rare Nepalese restaurant in this area that sells authentic Nepalese food and snacks. I was meaning to introduce my friends to Nepalese food for a long time and was very happy to be introduced to this place. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We had variety of soup momo and chily momo. The soup and the sauce was very good. The achaar was very refreshing, well seasoned with mustard oil and sesame seeds. Chatamari was so big, we could not finish and had to pack half home. Pakoda was huge was well and very flavorful. The set was big and very flavorful, I enjoyed all the components, especially the saag. I think overall it’s a good restaurant, very suitable for taking friends out for a nice dinner. And the price is not bad at all. Will be coming back to try other items like Choila if I have a chance.

Excellent food. I had a nicely seasoned grilled chicken breast, and my friend had the chicken biriyani, both excellent. It is a little bit of a squeeze getting past the tables at the front of the restaurant to the back, and so some seats have more space than others, but wherever you sit, you will eat well : )

We came across this nice and quiet restaurant before we do our walking tour of Hanaka Old Town. It's a something different from the usual Japanese food. Feels like home cook food. We had the Salmon Fish and Chicken with spices. The curry goes very well with the rice. The owner is nice humble Nepalese Gentleman. Nothing Fancy just good food.
