Love ID Pizza Co pizza. Been coming for decades and for most of that time they've had a happy hour special where you can order between 3-5pm and get a good deal on a large one topping. It's always been to just call before 5. When we called to order on our way into town last week, we were told we had to arrive by 5. Annoying but they can set the rules for their business, and we thought we'd get there just in time. We arrived and were told "Oh, it just turned 5:00, so you'll need to pay full price" and acted like it was a gotcha. Really? What kind of customer service is that? We walked in and asked for the order at 5. To make it worse, we ordered the same special this week from another location, and they only cared that we ordered by 5. Didn't care when we arrived. So, again, do what you want with your location but that's not something that makes us want to return. We'll visit the other locations instead.

I would probably never have this place a 2 star but after my girlfriend found an earwig in her salad, that was even solved, we was comped our food we had ordered but eating and talking how it might have happened, looking around, the window seals were loaded with flies, the whole place had a dirt floor, all the stuff at our table seem to haven’t been wiped down in a long time. For the amount of people working, you would think the place would be very clean. Probably won’t be going back to that location. Again they did make it right with the earwig, though the place was pretty dirty. Hopefully it was just a day but with all the flies in the windows and dust, I’m thinking it’s just dirty

My family and I love coming here for the lunch buffet 11-2. We eat inside or outside depending on the weather or order take out every so often though that can be spendy. Pizza here is great and the Sawtooth is a personal favorite!

Put more basic stuff out more often during lunch bar. A classic pepperoni is nearly impossible to find and you have to keep that flowing.

I’ve read through a lot of reviews and I’ve came to the knowledge that some of us have dealt with the same rude old day. Today my family and I came in for dinner after a long day at work. We order our pizzas and a plate of salad. Once our food come in this old lady kept staring at our table and was making us uncomfortable, I understand if she was just casually looking to make sure that everything was ok but the fact that she just kept staring was a no for us. After a few minutes my mom gave me a bite out of her salad plate, this lady rushes to our table and proceeds to say “you can’t share, you can’t share, its like you’re getting a plate of salad buy one get one free, you can’t share” excuse me??? Where in the restaurant says you can’t share???? You’re telling me I paid over $100 for our meal and that I can’t have a bite of something I paid? Soon after my dad gets up to go buy more beer and she walks up to him and asking him if everything is ok… she looked like she was concerned that he was going to talk to the manager or something. She knows she did wrong for interrupting our diner with some bullshit like that. We love the food there but this employee is not it. Y’all need to actually do something not just reply to the reviews saying y’all sorry about the bad experience.
